I was told this is a place where people try to work TOGETHER. If I went against that I would be doing harm towards the community that has been created in this PLACE.

Hm... are you certain that is not personal BIAS? Although I must of course let every interpretation of events be HEARD.

Maybe, but seeing as how this is a place filled with all kinds of different people, it would be dumb to think everyone would want to get along and work together.

There's nothing wrong with it. Just seems like a lot of work to me.
