Sometimes lawyers make me sick....
I think its good suspects have the right of a lawyer during their trial. They have the right on a fair trial and we should honor that, even if the deed they have done is monsterous.
The lawyers of Mr. Breivik demand his release because he acted in self-defence when he shot and killed 77 people last year.
Excuse me? Self-defence? These people were unarmed while Mister Breivik came on the island under false pretence, weilding heavy weapons and shot a lot of people in the back and gunned down people in hiding.
And they call THAT self-defence?
Those lawyers must be completly out of their minds. What did the victims do to mister Breivik to make him act in self-defence. Give him papercuts with their political pamflets?
I know the lawyers need to act in the suspects defence but making him out innocent goes beyond my understanding. I wonder if Mr. Moszkowicz will explain me how this system works for scumbags, because I don't get it.
