Icons must be 100x100 and no more than 40kb.

No animation please.

edit: By 'ANY' image I mean ANY image with Joss from ANY of the shows he has done (BtVS, Dr. H, etc.), or events he has attended. It doesn't need to specifically be featuring a Dollhouse related photo. We are just celebrating the creator of the show we love (that IS going to have a second season!). Cheers.
