(no subject)
So this weekend was a little on the boring side... the plus was that I spent all of Saturday hanging out with my little sister (blood not sorority) first we went to Borders and then took a mile and a half walk... it was nice to be able to spend the day with her cause sometimes when she hears something like big/little appreciation she's like well i'm your little sister too you know and i guess sometimes i kinda don't realize it hurts her feelings... last semester i bought her a necklace when i bought my other littles stuff this semester i'm broke so i spent the day with her and then we went to dinner...
Everyone here was in bed by 10:30 which really sucked cause i was awake and bored and alone until like 2 when i finally passed out (either from boredom or exhaustion)
Sunday was no better, I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned and then at like 5 i decided to take a drive... I hate sundays...
I had an interview yesterday but the stupid lady who called me to come in and interview didn't even show up so this man (who was a cold lifeless being) interviewed me he kinda did that half picking of his nose kinda thing while he was interviewing me and that really wasn't cool... so this bitch who made me get up and to lynbrook at the crack of ass still hasn't called me to tell me anything about the position that I interviewed for but whatever...
The interview I had this morning in Great Neck for a Mortgage company... the interview seemed to go well- I mentioned that one of my friends since i'm like 6 used to work in the queens office... i figure that it couldn't have hurt because God knows that I've been inteviewing since freakin april and nothing...
Tonight I have another interview for something I really don't want to do but I would like to have *SOME* money for Christmas... my depleting (sp?) bank account is getting on my nerves lately and I'm getting frustrated and feeling let down by this whole job hunting crap...
I'll leave on a funny note from yesterday - I went to this organic food store and I saw this woman buying her whole cart full of Organic food and putting the stuff into a canvas bag - a real earthy type like one of those people who would probably go over and hug a tree- anyway she gets out to her car and proceeds to load the canvas bags into her big ass S U V... ironic much?
