Livejournal reminds me of money in a winter coat pocket; you forget it's there, but what a nice surprise when you find it.
I'm living in a new apartment now, by myself, and I'm very happy about it. I can finally prove to the world that I am, in fact, a fairly organized clean sort of person.
Truth be told though, there's no T.V. here, and I only recently got the internet, so there hasn't been much else to do.
Senior years starts in about a month. Terrifyingly wonderful. I'm in the big show (finally) and have a great part (finally) and get to wear beautiful costumes (FINALLY).
Ben is working working working, going from one show to the next, setting me up for serious disappointment. This boy has gotten more work in 2 years than some people ever get. And he's not showing any signs of slowing down. I'm gonna get up there, and expect agents and casting directors to love me, and give me work. Over the 342830945 other actors there.
Seriously though, I'm outrageously proud of him (you, if you still read these things) and can't wait to see what happens next.
Our relationship is solid, except when it comes to Batman, and I'm still in love.
What else?
Oh yes, I turn 21 next Friday. I'm a little scared about how many people have said "I'm gonna get you so drunk!"
I don't want to die.
And I'm going on a plane to Kansas the next day.
I'm also going back to New York to celebrate with Ben, who has been so patient (as if he had a choice) about my not being able to get into bars. We're going to the oldest bar in the city, and probably a dance club whether he likes it or not. (See? Solid.) I'm also gonna meet up with some Springboard people, who I met in the city during a theatre workshop on how to get into the business. I miss them, and can't wait to catch up.
So, that's it for now. See you in 5 more months.
