Catching a tiger, baiting a bully
It's been a really long time since i last posted, but these days i somehow prefer writing them down. Okay, 68 days more to As and less than a day away from prelims. A sure sign of stress -- the annoying pimples appearing from nowhere, finishing 2 entire bars of Green&Black's 70% cocoa in a day, texting while half-asleep (replying in some secret, unintelligible code that i couldn't decipher the next morning), getting highly irritable + impulse-shopping, etc.
Oh, and my rental house here does not have an oven. So i can't even bake (and strike off toffee-chocolate cookies, triple berry crumble, key-lime pie, sticky-date pudding, chocolate oblivion cupcakes... from my to-bake list) in order to preserve the last shreds of my sanity. Fortunately, i have an awesome mixtape to listen to while studying + it's constantly on loop now. So, everything's fine and dandy. I wrote quite a chunk on friday, ranting and raving about some stuff but realized that it wasn't worth my time. I'm over and done with this, period. On hindsight, this has also made me appreciate my friends (and yes, these people that i want to hug right now) so much more. Really, really unbelievably thankful for you guys.
I know i should be revising my texts for tmr's lit paper + finally read those gp essay outlines.
(This post is getting incoherent with my new tendency to ramble, so i'll just stop here)
