Summary: Sesshomaru died…that was unexpected,
but what happened to him after dying, was even more unexpected.

There was a woman, a human woman sitting on a white cushion by the low table. In her hands, a cup of tea and on the table, another reposed. With narrow eyes he inspected the room, it was a mere typical Japanese room, but…why was he here?

“Why don’t you sit down Sesshomaru?” the young woman asked “The tea is going to get cold” she stated softly.

He felt his body freeze when her piercingly bright blue eyes found his. “Why am I here?” he asked as he sniffed for any scent.

“Because you are fortunate,” she said with a smile “You are the only demon who has been offered a chance to escape hell’s eternal flames,” she explained as she sipped her oolong tea.

With some suspicion, he sat in front of the small female dressed in a black kimono with a red obi. “Why?” he asked monotonously, as he took the tea and sniffed. Nothing.

“Because you carry with you my Jewel, the Shikon Jewel” he heard her say and looked at her with a frown, and he had to grip the teacup firmer. The way her eyes racked his body sent tingles all around. Dangerous; warning taken.
