She hadn't meant for it to happen. When a small snippet of her spiritual energy leaked from her control, it zapped the two pups, sending them running to their father in tears. Sesshomaru was not amused.
"I'm sorry!" Kagome shrieked for what seemed to be the 100th time, tears in her eyes. Kagome bit her lip. She had control, it was just a slip. It wasn't meant to happen. Sesshomaru must have read her mind, because he placed his hand on her hand, gently rubbing her hair. Kagome blinked and looked up into his golden eyes. He has forgiven her.
