Kagome officially felt pathetic. In her travels and her strange life, she had never felt so utterly lost in her life. Here she was, an attractive, successful author with more freaking money than she knew what to do with; and yet the only near romance she had experienced was with a foul-tempered half-demon and a health-nut poster child for bottled boredom.
She could FEEL her happiness, that missing element that was just out of her reach that would complete her life. It was so close she could almost TASTE it… now if she just knew what or who it was…
