There was no light source in the dark apartment other than the devilishly glowing eyes that were pinned on their prey. Sesshomaru rolled back with his wheelchair into a corner and fumbled around in the dark, frantically searching for any means to protect himself.
"Don't come any closer," he hissed. "I'm armed!"
But the figure ignored the threat and approached. Sesshomaru took his camera and triggered the flash. A blinding light illuminated the room for a second. Kagome tripped over the handmade jumper she had wanted to see her boyfriend in.
"But elks look so cute on you," she whined.
