I'm currently putting off doing my homework . . .
. . . in favor of playing with my shiny new laptop!!!!!
Lea's dad bought us both laptops for Christmas!!!!
It's a good base model Acer, and the best thing is that it doesn't have Vista. It does have Office 2007 which has totally weirded me out, no wonder no one's using it.

In other news, it's 17 degrees and snowing here in Rochester; I'm freezing. Fortunately the drive up was completely uneventful. The roads were barely wet for most of the drive through PA and really only got snowy once we hit NY. I drove most of the way which made Lea happy because she got to work on her knitting. This was my car's first big road trip and he performed very well using 1.5 tanks of gas for the entire trip. Because he's got a small engine I did hit almost 6000 RPM on some of the steep mountain inclines, but only for a few seconds.
I suppose I'll go do my homework now, stay warm everyone!!
