Summary: Ohno and Nino's souls are bonded together, in another words, they are soul mates. Ever since Nino turned 20, he shared his dreams with Ohno in their garden. But Nino refused to show Ohno his face or give him his name, terrified of something he couldn't understand. Tired of waiting for Nino, or being alone in their garden, Ohno decides to seek him out in the real world.
Ohno was in a irritated mood, Chinen wasn’t his mate and they spent the whole evening trying to avoid him.
The minute he saw Chinen, he knew that he wasn’t his mate, not just the smell was different, even the hair colour and height was different, but he decided to scan Chinen’s neck for a hickey anyway. His intense staring was caught by Chinen and Ohno could sense that Chinen was interested in him, as he was constantly beaming at Ohno.
Ohno felt bad for giving the kid false hope, making the kid think Ohno might be interested in him. As soon as he couldn’t spot the hickey, he and Sho tried leave quickly, not wanting to prolong the misunderstanding. But Chinen kept hanging onto Sho, coming up with all sorts of question about lesson he didn’t understand but his eyes were on Ohno all the time.
“Satoshi, you are welcome to join my lecture tomorrow, hopefully spot him, but please don’t distract him when you do. For now though, you need to rest, want to crash at mine?.” Sho offered.
Ohno smiled thankfully at Sho and said,
“Thank you for the offer Sho, I’ll come for the lecture tomorrow. But I’ll decline your offer to stay, I need to go back and settle some work, I’ve been relying too much on Jun lately, Thank you for the help, I appreciate it. I’ll see you tomorrow Sho.” Ohno said before turning around and leaving.
Ohno started ran all the way back to the family estate in record time. Running with all his might to release some stress and not think about his mate.
He rushed through the door and was greeted by his younger brother Jun.
“I see you decided to come back big brother.” Jun said calmly.
“Jun…..” Ohno heaved out. “I’m sorry for making you do work I am responsible of, but I promise everything will go back to normal soon.” Ohno said tiredly.
Jun chuckled, amused, “Normal? I hope so for your sake you can be normal again. But even when things are “normal”, I still do most of the work anyway. I don’t mind it really, I enjoy doing it. It gives me satisfaction to see everything planned and done perfectly.”
Ohno grinned back, it was true, even though he was older and the leader, he still left most stuff to be done by Jun anyway. “That’s true, but I should stop pushing off my own responsibilities soon.”
“By the way, how’s your mate thing going. Manage to find him?”
“Yeah, he’s a student at where Sho is teaching, I’ll be sitting in his lecture tomorrow….. Hopefully he’ll be there.”
“I see” Jun said as they both climbed up the stairs, “Then you should rest, don’t worry, most of the work for today is done already, and you look like hell run over. You need sleep, and that means no visiting your garden tonight!” Jun lectured as he maneuvered Ohno to his room.
“We can survive a few more days without your presence, so get some rest, and find that brat. And when you do, bring him to me so I can torture him back for the way he has torture you.”
Ohno laughed loudly, “Don’t worry brother, I already have plans for him.”
He made no promise about not going to his garden to Jun, and as soon as he lay in his bed, he slip to his garden, just to see and hope that his mate will be there and Ohno wasn’t disappointed
He appeared by the tree, behind a sleeping figure whose knees were up to his chest, head lolled side ways, breathing deep peaceful breathes. Ohno’s heart pounded excitedly in his chest as he quietly approached the sleeping figure, careful not to wake him up.
He leaned in front the sleeping figure and his heart soared. Finally…..finally! He was able to see the face of his mate and Ohno’s heart stop, all his early anger and frustration melted away temporarily.
He had the cutest face Ohno has ever seen in his life. His face was smooth soft looking but defined, marred with a few moles, the biggest and cutest one, in Ohno’s opinion, was on his chin. His eyelashes were dark and fanned over his cheeks that were slightly flush. Thick, but not as thick as his Jun’s, eyebrow curved into a natural extension of his rounded nose. His hair was tousled in a innocent and sexy way even when sleeping.
Ohno couldn’t resist the urge to leaned forward and kiss the mole on that adorable chin, watching as his cute mate slowly stir and woke up blinking.
“..bout timeyoushowedup.” his mate mumbled, rubbing his eyes and stretching like a cat. Ohno notice with a smug face, the hickey was still there, large and impressive looking, the blue-ish hue was fading slightly to give a yellow tinge, indicating that it was healing. It gave Ohno this sense of satisfaction to see his mark on his mate, but the fact that it was fading displeased him a little. So he leaned forward to bite over the mark and suck hard on it.
Nino was still in a half dazed state when Ohno suddenly leaned to suck at his pulse point, once again marking him, he jolted and moaned softly, hands sneaking up to run them over Ohno’s back.
Ohno could feel Nino’s nail digging into his back as he continued to suck on his neck, he sneak hiw own hands between them to touch Nino through his pants before sneaking his hands inside to wrap them securely around the throbbing length.
Nino gasp and moaned for more, responding eagerly to Ohno’s touches this time, digging his fingers into Ohno’s back harder. Ohno continue to nibble and suck on the pulse point, licking it eagerly as it pulsed wildly, his hands moving expertly.
Nino came soon and he slumped forward, biting Ohno’s shoulder to keep from crying out as he came into Ohno’s hands. Completely unaware that he was marking Ohno as well.
Ohno growled as he felt Nino bit and suck him, and he came in his pants at the intimate act, highly doubting that his mate knew just how sexual and intimate his action was. Finally the way of orgasm pass and Nino felt lightheaded but very sated, he gave a yawn as he felt sleep take over again.
“Sorry, were you waiting long for me?” Ohno ask the sleepy man softly, releasing the soft flesh and watching it burn a bright red, glad he decided come to his garden.
“Unn..” Nino mumbled huskily, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. “I thought you weren’t going to show up anymore.”
“I’m here” Ohno whisper, “And I’m not going to let you go now.”
“I won’t run anymore” Nino said, covering a yawn with his hand.
Nino fitted himself snugly against Ohno’s chest, sighing in contented happiness. Seriously so adorable, Ohno thought to himself, his earlier irritation at his mate long forgotten as he circled his arms around his mate, breathing deeply into his hair. This was pure bliss.
“Good, I’m tired of you running. Sleep now, we’re both tired.” Ohno said lightly, slowly laying back on the soft grass, bringing Nino with him.
“What’s your name?” Nino ask as his finger trace Ohno’s chest lightly.
“Ohno Satoshi, but shhh, enough for now, we’ll talk again soon. Sleep”
“Mmmm…. Toshi…..” Nino said sweetly, eyes shutting close again.
“Oh! Aiba…” Nino yawned tiredly again, “Aiba told me to tell you sorry, about last night. I shouldn’t……” Nino stopped talking and snore lightly, his head pillowed by Ohno’s strong chest.
Ohno chuckled, “I see, so I guess you are Ninomiya Kazunari then? I’ll see you tomorrow Kazu.” Ohno said quietly, already liking the way his name rolled off his tongue. With a last peck to Nino’s head, he soon fell into the most peaceful sleep he had in a long time.
