New icon, from a doodle at work weeks ago.
Anyone know a good way to batch encode AVI->MOV?

like the icon - perfect for a little button (those ones about a size of a quarter).

my friend has a button maker- maybe if i am really nice - i could convince him to make a couple buttons for us.

iMovie is actually pretty good at AVI->MOV; I used it for the videos of the doggies.

ffmpeg can encode to SVQ1/3
