I think that everything else I did was piddly fart around the internet.
Now, the reason I don't consider this a complete failure is that when I piddly fart around the internet it is generally stuff that others would consider productive.
I helped a friend find good SCA events to start out eventing with his lady. Found him places to buy garb for the two of them and even price estimates.
I met intelligent people that I am interested in getting to know further.
I got an initial catch-up on news and the world. (Read: "Watched the Daily Show." I don't consider myself to be informed when I watch it but it does give me a sense of what I want to research more about.)
