I think weather reports were not so good, so we decided to go town to shop instead of making our way to Koh Ker.
Visited almost all of the markets in the area, the Old Market, the Noon-Night Market, another obscure market, and the Night Market.
Also visited the Adidas warehouse which was a total disappointment. bleah.
Liked the layout of the Night Market though.
Things were all pretty similar, but the little rocks and pebbles on the walkway made it quite a pleasant shopping trip.
Proceeded for dinner at the Red Piano and drinks, with the drinks gg at insane prices.
US4 for a cocktail, buy 1 get 1 free.
Beer at US0.50. SHIOK!
And Moose is such a drinker!
While the rest of us had cocktails, she had her whisky. *tsk tsk*
Don't judge a moose by its looks.
The drinks were definitely worth the price tag it came with.
The pina colada tasted like coconut juice, the long island prob didn't have any tea (the Cambodians dunno how to make tea i think. all the teas i tried tasted q horrible, including ice lemon tea which tasted like lime juice), and i had to force myself to drink the Mojito.
Oh well. Bad mistake. What to do?
We had to wake up in the weee hours again the next day, so we didn't stay out too late.
Caught some movie on our fave Star Movies channel, about a human eating crocodile in the river in Australia. Can't rem the name of the movie though. I think i was the only one who managed to stay awake throughout. The rest fell zz halfway. haha.
