Mangos and other tid bits (tid bit...what an odd expression)
Has anyone noticed how popular the mango has become? Seriously, it's in EVERYTHING. I'm not complaing mind you, the mango has always been a favorite fruit of mine, and its popularity is nothing less then a fantastic turn of events. Why the mango though? Was there one specific moment where the heads of the food industry decisded that the fruit had gone underappreciated for long enough, and vowed to make a change? Or did foodies one day run out of a specific fruit, and found mango not just to be a sufficiant substitute, but a preffered replecment? Could have been anything.

On a complete side note, I've been working way too much already- but things should simmer down a bit in the near furture. Good. Great. Grand. Wonderful.
