Why do i do good for like two days, then Blow it big time. I eat until my insides are screaming STOP! well not literally but i do eat really bad after a couple of days of dieting steady.

it's weird. It's so mental i think i need to go to a phsycologist.

Help me!

I can do good all day, and the next day and then bam Im a bottomless pit Y_Y

That is sooooo me. I try to break that cycle, because once you have eaten you feel so guilty. To stop it I normally go for a walk, or sometimes they say your body is not really its hungry, so if you have a glass of a drink, even fizzy, and then you give it five minutes, if you still have room to be hungry have a peice of fruit or something like that. Then if your still hungry have another drink. That will be the true test, but obviously if its around dinner time you would be hungry so eat, but say its half way between lunch and dinner and you think your hungry then do that.

Here's something that I have tried and it worked... Took a couple months for me to stretch out my stomach again to really binge, too.

I know anorexia is SO not cool, but a planned fast is, right? Stop eating for a week. Have nothing but things that you can drink. You'll feel really hungry even when you are getting sufficient calories for a few days, but after that your stomach will shrink. Also, you'll be better at ignoring cravings. Then when you feel like binging it will make you sick to eat that much. Maybe not TOO healthy, but if binging is a big problem (it is for me) maybe new tactics are in order?

I relate to all this! I have also been clinically diagnosed as being eating disordered. So--my thoughts are--we need to STOP hating ourselves and start loving ourselves and NURTURING ourselves. Depriovation leads to bingeing! A book that is hellping me is called--THE SOLUTION by Laurel Mellin. Our crappy weight obsessed, beauty obsessed cultural has fucked us up! Fuck them--and love yourself the way you are on the road to where you want to be!
