bits. whats the name of that website where people have bikes locally for like every city and its cheap? you either know it or you don't. so, portman and wharfman have the same dad. their dad is the drunkest happiest meanest sailor to ever sail the seven seas. so portman's dad(no name yet) obviously knocks some broad up at some various port. but sailor's don't stay at port's for 9 months?! so the chick waits till he comes back she has two kids: 3 yrs old(wharfman) and 1 year old(portman) she tricks portman's father (no name yet), slips the babies on board and before he finishes a bottle he's dropping the two babies off on a wharf in the land of port.
the story gets thicker: two women, one rich(wharfman), one poor(portman) but both in search of the beautiful relationship between a child and a mother, both searching...
on a foggy evening in the land of port, the two mothers, alone and desperate on the wharf find two babies alone and desperate on the wharf...
the next we know: PORTMAN ISSUE #1
what do you think? the portman vs wharfman but neither knows they are actually nemesis brothers until issue #42? i think it ties it all in. they hate each other but they are tied together. that thin line between love and hate.
