I hate class I hate class I hate class I hate class.
Good. Got that out of my system. Mostly.
Tomorrow is Election day. I am frightened. Also I have class all day. Fortunately my second class is in the computer lab and I'll be able to check the internets for news. Some people (idiots) in ass-class today were talking about how they wanted to vote in this election but they can't because they aren't at home. I felt a brief moment of irritation (like a cool balm compared to the high levels of rage I felt for most of this morning ad the beginning of class) that these people were too stupid to figure out absentee voting. Then I decided that we are better off if they just stay home.
Also apparently Friendly Hostility is ending (in like 8 months or something) which leaves me feeling a bit...melancholy? Not sad really. If she thinks it's best for the story to end it here, then I'm glad she's ending it. Not like some comics *cough*somethingpositive*cough* which have been winding towards an ending for like years. Wistful perhaps? Anyway.
I have, for a while, harbored the ambition to do a webcomic of my very own. Many characters and scenarios have flitted through my head, but I think I may have finally come up with something workable. The basic premise is that I have a small stable of characters who work at a cartoon porn studio. The three characters who exist most firmly in my head (with names and backstories and everything) are Ruby (bawdy ex-hentai actress who plays the shy breathy naive busty girl), Rod Johnson (it's a working name, but I think it's kind of awesome, he's slightly oily, and plays either the hero (with the big cock) or the villain (with the big cock)), and Tentacled Sam (a (possibly gender bending, to the extent that tentacle monsters have specific genders) tentacle monster who is only doing porn until he can break into mainstream theater and/or cinema). Their studio churns out soft to mildly hardcore porn of the late night cable variety. Highly cheeseball. This way I can do harlequinn, high fantasy, sci-fi....
This format should allow me to do mundane everyday stories, or whatever wacky shit I feel like. Also, it can be full of porn, or not, if I feel like it. I've thought for a while now that what the world needs more of is delightful lighthearted pornography. No, seriously.
Anyway, I also like this idea because it makes for easy collaboration. I welcome input on characters, storylines, or plots for one off porn cliches.
