Last night i got to see a Sneak Preview / Advanced Screening of Edgar Wright / Simon Pegg / Nick Frost's (the Shaun of the Dead crew) new movie Hot Fuzz.
holy poop on a stick that sucker ROCKED!!!!
no spoilers, except to say very very funny, very very action, very very over the top death scenes.
them brits dont do things halfway.
it started with a screening of Bullett, a 1968 Steve McQueen cop movie, then a brief introduction by Edgar, Simon and Nick themselves (yes, they were there) and into Hot Fuzz, which, if i am not mistaken, will be the best movie of 2007.

if you love cop movies, you will love Hot Fuzz
if you love movies that blow up crap real good, you will love Hot Fuzz
if you love car chases and improbable gun battles, you will love Hot Fuzz

now you just have to wait till the 20th.
