I'm amused by the point made in the last paragraph. The school mascot is a patriot carrying a weapon. It's a wonderful example of retarded hypocrisy frequently present in institutional policy.
Well, that just proves their "anti-weapon policy" argument as specious. What they should just come right out and say is that the kid looks like a tool and our school has to have *some* kind of standard. The school owns the yearbook and should be able to exercise some degree of control over what gets printed.
