I GOT MY LICENSE
Hey guys... wow do i have a lot to update on. Well these past two days i missed school b/c i had to go to my diabetes doctor to take some tests. Oh man did it hurt. Yesterday i had to keep my arm straight for 5 hours and i couldnt bend it b/c i had a cathader in it. THey injected me with insulin. They took out blood every ten minutes for the first hour and then once an hour after that. By the third hour i was in sooo much pain from not being able to move my arm that i was crying, kicking, screaming, about to pull the cathader (iv)out of my arm and on the brink of insanity. Todays test was better. THey stuck the i.v. in the same exact hole, took out tons of blood and then injected me with insulin to see how quickly my blood sugar would drop. They took out blood every 3 minutes and after 15 min. they were done. Gave me a coke to bring my blood sugar to normal and in 30 minutes i was out the door. All of this was to see how resisitant or sensative i am to the insulin so that they know how much they need to prescribe me to inject myself with everyday.
Well enough with my boring blood work,i dunno if i mentioned that last friday i went to get my license and failed. Well i went today and i PASSED. WOOT WOOT I HAVE MY LICENSE! well yeah tomorrow i have to get up early so i can get a good parking space and go buy a parking decal. While my sister was at cheerleading with my mom, i told my dad that i was going to my best friends house. I drove by myself to Brandys house and on the way back i made a detour and went to S.W. Said hi to Maxx and right when i was about to leave, i made eye contact with some guy that looked familiar. When i stared at him long enough, i realized that it was my ex Pedro. It turns out that after we broke up, his mom changed their house # and so i never got to talk to him again b/c his mom threw away his cell which had my # on it. Well my heart thumped a little quicker than usual as he asked me for my # again. We exchanged #s and he promised to call tomorrow. Lets see how it goes the second time around.
Sorry it was long... i just got done with rosens hard ass essay and im still in a writing mood!
