Dreamy, Creamy, Ganache-y, Choco dipped yummies!
What are some of your favorite things to dip? I've always wanted to try pepperidge farms pirouette hazelnut sticks? Anyone try salty potato chips like ruffles ridges???
This was super easy to make. I kinda put together my own double boiler...I used a stainless steel pot that I filled with 1/2 cut water and on top of it, I placed a shallow metallic bowl. Then I melted 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips with 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips in the bowl on low heat. I added 1 T of butter and 2 T of heavy cream....it's more of a fudgy ganache version, really. Then I dipped the strawberries and let then harden more in the fridge. Good stuff!
