Okay, this is a geek seiyuu moment
OMG, I was watching NARUTO Shippuden today because I so wanted to see Sai and Tobi (and Yamato) finally. I finally heard Tobi and guess who plays him? It's Takagi Wataru! Tobi sounded like he was from a super robot show XD It's kind of true--GARROD RAN from Gundam X! It did sound familiar to me at first, but I haven't listened to him in so long since Hellsing? so I thought it was maybe Nakao Ryuusei?
Takagi's prolific but gag chars seems to be his established roles. He also played bad guys.
and woo for Kakashi/Gai piggyback! They made it more naughty on the show ;p
