So, these days I have to have fic fed to me in tiny little increments, which basically means wicked_socks sends me things from her prolific reading that she knows I'll like. And we went New England and she went, short (beautiful) low-key bits of this sandy, Atlantic coast life, and then I read them all, and I went ohhh because first, they were lovely, and second they made me miss New England so much, my breath caught in my chest, even though I've never been to Nantucket (I just have to use my memories of the Cape). Anyway, it's a lovely AU and makes me feel a little longing, and and maybe one day I could play?

Oh, I'm so glad to hear you're liking these-and that they feel authentic and New England-y to you! They're definitely my domestic happy place, and getting to evoke Nantucket is a bonus. For now, I'm just working with three other authors who know me and my vision for this John and Rodney-and hopefully that means there will be more snippets to come. :) Thank you!
