The new issue of Entertainment Weekly has an interview with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, mostly about hosting the Golden Globes. EW asked them about their "hosting strategy," and they answered:
FEY: I feel-and forgive me, Amy, if I’m speaking for you-but I feel like we’re both just, just old enough that we really don’t give a shit anymore.
POEHLER: I will tell you that the good news is, both personally and professionally, I have a large case of the fuck its right now.
I really feel, though, that this can apply to so many aspects of life-and that one could do far, far worse than to aspire to be like Tina and Amy in one's (rapidly approaching, ahem) 40s. :D
