Awww. Love this influx of emotion and collective self awareness. Especially the details like They're in their usual spot at the edge of Steve's beach, in the old chairs that shouldn't be as comfortable as they are, beers sweating into the sand and everything quiet..

I love a whole relationship built from touch

SO with you there! It's so well-grounded in canon, too, that this flows beautifully out what we see onscreen week after week -- Danny's tactility where Steve's concerned, his ability to rein Steve in, to help him center, to settle him back onto the rails, all with touch and that soft, low, calm tone of voice.

Really enjoyed this look at Danny and Steve. :-)
