I look like a dork when I blush -- don't make me blush so much! ♥

Thanks for the lovely comment, Mackenzie. I love dragging those poor ideas off into strange directions, and I always ignore the protests. XD

Mmm... I actually have no idea where the song came from; I think I neede Sirius to be able to follow his mother somehow and still have to chase her, and BANG, suddenly she started singing... ^^

Oh! Lovely! The moonlight and the surreal chance encounter work well with Sirius' rational deduction and pursuit. I love the exchange between the two boys when they first see each other and are talking at cross purposes. Beautiful language, as well. Brava! Maggie

Eee! Thank you, Maggie, you flatter me. :D I'd hoped that the encounter wouldn't be too contrived, so thank goodness that worked. ♥

This is so intriguing. It's about time we get a mother like this instead of just another loud and heartless woman. And thank goodness Remus was there to help. Kudos!

Thank you hugely. :) We're going all ambitious here and trying to challenge a few cliches, so I'm glad that you're enjoying it so far!

I'm really glad you strayed off the beaten track a little

It's more like, I took a wrong turn at the crossroads and got completely and utterly lost, but at least nothing ate me. XD

♥ Thanks again for reading it over.
