Speaking of SMT, Persona 3 is quite addicting. Kyle, I know you'd absolutely love it. If your insanse schedule permits you to have a little bit of time to play it, by all means go for it. I still need to finish Nocturne... and DDS one and two... Devil Summoner... and Persona one and two... I suck. I can't even finish a whole game in the series. If Earthbound didn't exist, Shin Megami Tensei would be king.
I'm playing in a new band, The Teliskas. My friend Josh, the guitar player, is a genius. He builds his own amps! Craziness. He also works for a recording studio here in town, so I'm sure I'll get all kinds of hands-on experience (and a possible job) in the coming months. I've been working on refurbishing a Univox Hi-Flyer bass as well as an old strat-copy for my boss at work, and I'm in the process of rebuilding a '62 Fender Jazz bass. I'm getting the hang of rewiring guitars, installing new pots and p/u's. I also got a MicroKORG a couple months back.
Work is the same. It never changes. I close almost every shift I work now, day or night.
It's weird, things are getting better again in San Antonio, yet I want to move back now more than ever.
