A/n: Because writing friendship bordering on more is always fun
Inukai slips a note into Yuya’s hand, a shy smile on his face.
‘Here, for you,’ he says, and it’s not that he tries to make their fingers tangle, they just do.
Yuya blushes, and Inukai resists the urge poke his cheek. He waits, shifting his weight from leg to leg for Yuya to unfold the note and read it.
When Yuya does, he suddenly runs off. Feeling discouraged and suddenly a bit down, Inukai’s about to wander off when Yuya runs back and kisses him on the cheek.
‘Oh.’
‘Sorry, I just needed paper,’ Yuya says, and scribbles something down. When he’s done, he hands it to Inukai and when their fingers tangle, well.
Roses are red
Violets are blue
You are so adorable
And I might kiss you
Inukai tries not to blush and flail too hard, but he does anyway.
Inukai grabs Yuya’s hand then, and taking a pen from his pocket, he writes on the other’s hand.
He licks his lips and swallows as if swallowing his embarrassment.
Roses are red, he starts to write down.
Violets are blue
You’re a wonderful person
Stop making me love you.
