Backtagging: Go for it.
Threadjacking: Yes
Hacking Filtered Messages: If your character is a canonical moderate to expert level hacker? Sure.
Fourthwalling: No :(
Hugging this character: Do you want your wallet stolen? He might try to steal it. If he likes you, he'll give it back.
Kissing this character: If you are a woman and it is on the cheek or forehead? Yes. If you are a man, he will dodge.
Flirting with this character: If you want. Just remember, he's thirteen.
Injuring/killing/maiming/mind controlling/manipulate/read the mind of this character: In order to catch Serrure, your character will have to have super speed. He's a fast little think and apparently a great free runner.
If you do catch him, you can injure him. He will survive. Just keep in mind he weighs twice as much as a normal kid his size (bones are more dense) and his physiology internally is not the same as a humans. Literally, he has no heart.
If you cut off his limbs, they will grow back. Let's just not try this. It squicks me.
Mind control. As Serrure? Yes. Though this could backfire as Serrure is not his full mind/personality, etc. This is a brittle, thin veneer that is held together with denial.
Manipulate? Okay. Just watch his hands and remember he'll be trying to do the same right back at you.
Read his mind? If you can canonically read minds, you can read his. But only Serrure's. You'll get the sense that there is some big, black pit locked down tight in his head. You will not be able to enter that unless you are an incredibly strong telepath and god help you if you do.
Special Permissions: If your character has ever met Loki in the Marvel universe, you have my permission to recognize Serrure based on that as it happened in canon.
If you are a character that would be able to 'sense' that Serrure is not human, you have full permission to run with that. Granted, he's probably going to drown you or himself in denial.
The All Tongue: The Aesir (Loki, Thor, Odin, etc) speak the All-Tongue. Basically, Serrure/Loki can understand every oral and written language in the universe. If you speak to Loki, you will understand/know what he is saying. Some people perceive this as his speaking their language, or the language they spoke to him in, some people just know that it's something else. This isn't consciously controlled as Serrure and as Loki, he will most likely curse in old Norse as is canon.
If you want him to specifically understand something written or verbal in an alien language (and by alien I mean something that wouldn't exist in the Marvel-verse, not just earth) then please let me know.
Likewise, if you speak an alien language NOT generally found on earth or of the alien Marvel languages, then let me know, too.
