K-Na was the first friend Caim ever made back in the days of Ares Arcanum. They came to Aegean Iterum together before it expanded and have stuck together ever since. It was at K-Na's recommendation that Caim carry a whiteboard.
While Caim will not outwardly admit it, he holds K-Na very close and would do anything to protect him. It can be stretched to a more affectionate or emotionally intimate feeling, but the chances of Caim showing that without outside interference are slim to none.

Though not expressed, Caim has every desire to take Inuart beneath his wing once more as his younger brother. Unable to admit this, however, he shows only a great amount of distaste for his former best friend.

At times, however, Vayne has been known to press his buttons and cause him to grow dangerously close to assaulting him.

Due to events with regard to the personality change, the two were intimate, though Caim has chosen not to acknowledge this, and likely neither has Zalbag. It came a bit to light, however, that Caim held affection for Zalbag and has for quite some time. He has no plans to pursue him, and would prefer to see Edward and Zalbag together.

Before Furiae had arrived, Caim admitted that he was well on the way to falling in love with her. Though Furiae has always held his heart in the palm of her hand, he cannot deny that he holds emotional attachment to Cassandra. He considers her one of the most important people in the various worlds to him and would go to any length for her. She seems to hold his leash in her hand and can easily cause him to submit to her.
