Single Mom in the City
Well, I'm doing it guys. I'm finally working on getting my own apartment in LA! My mom is moving in with her boyfriend sometime in June/July which means It will be just Elliot and I in Los Angeles and I'm pretty excited/terrified. I'm not going to have a very large budget for apartments so realistically, I'm only able to afford a one bedroom. My question is: how on earth do I decorate a one bedroom with a toddler? Do I just let him have the bedroom for himself with toys and all the kiddie fixins? or should I try to place an adult bed with a small toddler bed? and find a closet space for his toys? How do you decorate an interesting/child friendly one bedroom apartment that still has some sort of privacy for myself?
