i seriously need to find some better way to manage my eating habits so that i dont have such crazy highs and lows in my energy levels. after i eat, and depending on what ive eaten, i get such an amazing boost of energy. i should just work out a lovely diet that affords me all the right amounts of everything that i need during the day, particularly protein -- i really feel like i lag in the energy department on days when i dont eat protein before dinner (hence eating spoonfuls of plain peanut butter randomly throughout the day). perhaps i should see a nutritionist to get a plan. hmmmm. today i had annoyingly quick changes in energy level, but that is due most likely to consuming extra sugar [yummy gummy bears and some coke a la no_imagination]. i need to start exercising more self control with sugar -- by the end of the day, i was on a terrible sugar low. i hate that.
pointless post. more of a note to self than anything else.
