I’ve just read the following comment in the article on
http://uk.news.yahoo.com/22/20101027/tts-uk-usa-execution-arizona-ca02f96.html "A columnist at The Guardian had questioned whether it was criminal for a British firm to profit from the supply of drugs used in an execution."
I, for one, am gobsmacked that a journalist from such a renowned newspaper would make such a comment when the British Arms industry* are making profit from the sale of arms, some to oppressed countries torn by civil war!, every day! Isn’t THAT criminal too?!
Oh no, that's just BUSINESS as usual isn't it?!
Please, tell me what the difference is to supplying drugs for death and supplying weapons for death too?
Honestly!!
I gave more credit to The Guardian journalists than them making such sweeping comments as that.
* and every other Arms industry throughout the world!
