...Remember this on Valentine's Day...

It is feasibly possible at our age to fall in love. It is said that the first time one experiences true love is at an average age of 17 years old. Many like to disprove the feeling for another at our age because they have not yet encountered it personally.

College is where most people say they find true love, which is true most of the time. But then you could say any time after highschool you experience true love. But people over analyze the word "love" so that it is sacred. Well it is in fact a word you shouldnt use like sheets of toilet paper but when said, should be meaningful and meant.

I can say myself that I love my family and some of my really close friends, who are old friends now. The love I have is unconditional, not the infatuation part of love that everyone believes is true. In fact, I love everyone that cares for me and is honest with me. “When you look at love, you're looking into the face of appreciation.”

Throughout the history of mankind, we as a world culture have made love out to be mysterious, complex, difficult, and undefinable. It’s the subject of endless poems and literary works. There is an enormous amount of material available out there about love, a lot of it contradictory. Love expressed is when you give your attention, your time, your focus to someone.

Love is not this mysterious force that is out of your reach until you reach an age, maybe certain types of love but that depends on the person. To be in love you need to become loving. Love accepts everything about a person no exceptions. So next time your friend tells you she/he loves this person, let it be. Because accepting people and life for what it is is the first step in achieving what many fall to acquire...

"You like someone for their perfections, but you love someone for their imperfections."

.so be my valentine dollface.

much love,

john
