So, as you may have guessed, Winston has been living with us ever since Mom passed. He’s settled in nicely. We spoil him as bad - or possibly worse, yes worse - than we spoil the cats. He had a rough few years with Mom being sick and he’s 14 years old, so we are truly gonna make his retirement golden. To that end, my sister got him this bone for Christmas. It’s as long as his body. He insisted on carrying it on the end, instead of the middle. He tried to take it into a bedroom, but couldn’t fit through the doorway. Later, as it was propped up on one end, sticking out of his new toy box, he somehow managed to pull it out and carry it around some more. What a big day for our pupper!
