It has come to an end. My sister and I just finished watching Jon Stewart's final episode of The Daily Show. I am just going to lay here and be sad for awhile. But it's not Jon and it's not The Daily Show. I just can't bring myself to watch someone else helm TDS just yet. Whenever something insane was happening in the world, Sis and I would say, "Let's turn on Jon, he'll tell us the truth." And he always did. I'm just not sure I'm ready to trust anyone else to tell me the truth just yet. I agree with you that I need Jon to get through this next election - I can't believe he left the show while Trump is still in the running!
Even after all these months, I miss The Daily Show like an ache in my heart.

My daughter was just sitting next to me saying how much she missed Jon. I do like Trevor Noah though and yes I enjoy the Nightly Show also. Watch it frequently. I'm glad these shows are on to balance out all the crazy on the news.

LOL, you sent me this comment last night and then I woke up today with a video link email from my sister of the interview. (part of it anyways). He tried to get his previous panel back together of first responders and two were too sick to come and one is dead? That's terrible! And yet politicians still use this bill as a bargaining tool! The hell, Congress?! (I wish I'd known he was gonna be on, I would have watched it!)
