Mr. Brink, You Practically Built It.

So the other day vikingprincess recced this video which is AMAZING and the perfect song for a Whedonverse vid and omg, just...it made my heart all swell with happiness and nostalgia and did I say happiness? It was so good. But the part that hit me the hardest was when they say the line about the messiah and then put up the clip of Topher from Dollhouse and it was just so good for me. So Good, you guys. And then I had to go watch a whole bunch of Dollhouse vids. And then general Whedonverse vids. And yeah, well, it is vikingprincess's fault that I have wasted so much time in the last two days just watching vids. That's my story anyways. Okay. But then I watched this one particular Dollhouse vid (seen below) and then I went and stood in my sister's bedroom doorway and this conversation occurred...

Me: Do you remember in Dollhouse when...Topher was all crazy and living inside the pod people beds and then he was all, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," and crying and climbed in the bed and then Adelle had to climb in with him and just hold him?
Sister: Yes, I remember that.
Me: Oh god, that was so awesome.
Sister. Yes, that was awesome. Are you okay?
Me: I just...there was a Whedonverse vid and then I had to watch a Dollhouse vid and then there was that scene and I just…I had All The Feelings, okay?!
Sister: Okay then. That's fine. (I think she was smirking at me!)

I HAD ALL THE FEELINGS, YOU GUYS! I have too much on TV right now to be doing a rewatch of anything but omg, I suddenly need some season two Dollhouse like burning.

Spoilers for Dollhouse for those of you who haven't seen it yet, but plan on it because I told you how awesome it is.

Oh god, Topher, the things you do to my heart.

In Real Life news, tomorrow my cousin's kid - (this cousin is a year older than me and she had her boy when we were in high school and now he is 20 and has a newborn of his own and it just boggles my mind that my childhood playmate is a grandma!) - is having a going away party before he ships out to the Marines. After that, we may go see The Hobbit one last time since my sister expressed desire today to do that and then at some point this weekend I need to go buy my new tablet or laptop or whatever I decide to buy so that I have something I can use in the living room or in bed when I am feeling under the weather.

How about you guys? What do your weekends look like?

shopping is a vice, friends 4evah, family circus, tv show blahblahblahing, the hobbit - unexpected adventures, real life, vid reccing, sister oh sister, i was totally productive
