Cheesy Chicken 'n' Rice

My dad is a fabulous cook, and I'm going to start stealing his recipes and sharing them with everyone!

3-4 lbs. boneless chicken breast
2 packages Lipton chicken flavored rice
1 can cream of chicken and herbs soup (or just cream of chicken)
1 package chicken gravy mix
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (1 lb. for cheesier taste)

1. Boil chicken breasts. Make sure to use enough water to leave about 4 cups of broth.
2. Combine rice, gravy mix, and soup in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
3. Stir in broth.
4. Dice or shred cooked chicken. Mix in.
5. Stir in Velveeta.
6. Cover with foil.
7. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
