GOBBLE DAY
What a quiet Thanksgiving Turkey day this has turned out to be. I woke up at about 5:45 and took Paul and Andrew to the airport. Andrew was overly excited about the chocolate doughnut with chocolate sprinkles that I brought for him to munch on (or has he called it a "black doughnut"). They took off safely and called to confirm that they'd landed in Washington. Unfortunately, I missed Pauls call b/c I went straight home from the airport and went back to sleep till about 1:30. I woke up just in time to heat up some homemade brunch that had been warming for me...and to watch the end of Ghost. After that, I stayed in my comfies and watched Up Close & Personal. I love that flick and hadn't seen it in forever! I played a little guitar (b/c I wrote 2 songs last night before bed) and then got all dazzled up for some trip-to-fan (sp?). Katie and I are drinking till our hearts content and then going to head to see the Incredibles. This we think is very funny.
Aunt Judy (aunt in Colorado) just phoned and confirmed that she's bought tickets for us to go skiing. I'm leaving the day after Christmas to go to Colorado for a week. I look back at this year and I realize that I've done a lot of traveling!! Hopefully next year will bring even more...I'm planning on going to Ohio for both Aprils (friend from kindergarden) graduation and to spend some time with my cousin Meghan and her family (husband and 2 sons). I've also purchased my tickets to see my Husband in VEGAS in FEB...that's a good $600.00 well spent!! I luuuf heeem!! And lastly, I hope to get to NY and visit a couple of cousins and my Uncle Mike!!
