Enterprise Rental Car .... come thru !
Mad dash to ATL next week and went to rent a Chrysler 300 or similar again. I have rented from them 5 or 6 times in 2010, spending over $1,000.
Ran into a snag at local branch. There had been a change of staff. The folks I had dealt with in the past are now at a more critical location, the airport.
I "escalated" the issue via their online comment/complaint section of their website. Today I got a call from the district/area manager. He jumped in .. All is well !!!
