Start with the amount you have received from donations. Do not count ANY OTHER money. Do not count on Future Money no matter how in the bag it is. I was stuck behind $250 for months because I counted on an "in the bag deal".

I'm might be staring down the barrel of a lawsuit myself over $17 a collection agency that I never paid money to insists I pay despite my handling it with the electric company. I am depending on the automatic paper trail of the bank for that.
