The lunch hour of a WAHM
I usually spend my lunch hour blog-hopping, but today I did something else.
The last time I did the laundry was Friday, so I thought I could wait until later this week to schedule our slot in the building's laundry room. But Annika's all-weather pants (these are worn under the raincoat, so kids can play in the rain) were muddy and I had to launder it today so I figured I could wash our clothes along with it and throw in the bed linen to make it a full load. Sayang naman yung oras, di ba? Putting in dirty stuff and having it all come out magically clean and fresh was strangely therapeutic, it felt like a cleansing ritual. Methinks I may be spending a lot of my lunch hours in the laundry room, it may do my current stress level some good. :P
