Don't know what to say
I never know how to respond to mothers who have wrong information about breastfeeding, such as...
"Buti ka pa may gatas. I didn't have any milk, kaya hindi ako naka-breastfeed."
"When baby bites you while breastfeeding, it can clot and cause cancer."
"After six months, breastfeeding offers no benefits and it's time to wean"
On one hand I don't want to contradict them because they might feel like they didn't make the best decision for their babies, and that's one of the most hurtful things you can say to a mom. On the other, I'm afraid new mothers or pregnant women reading their posts will believe them and stop breastfeeding, or not even breastfeed at all.
