Strange
While the US experiences snowstorm after snowstorm, Scandinavia which is known for brutally cold winters hardly had any snow! this winter. I think it's only snowed 4 times in 2008 and each time it all turned to slush within 48 hours. Heck, even Israel got to experience snow two weeks ago!
Wala lang, this is just weird compared to my first winter here when -15 degrees Celsius was the normal temperature and every day was spent walking in slush or treading carefully on ice. Getting +2 or even the occasional +6 (and seeing people walking outside in miniskirts) is CRAZY and doesn't feel like February. The next thing we know baka may snow na rin sa Manila!
