I do.
Did.
Something.
I greatly enjoyed it, and thought they did a fantastic job of bringing the comic to life. They even managed to make something plausible to replace the sushi-geddon, of which I was extremely grateful.
Two niggles.
1. They didn't make a big enough deal out of John reforming himself, because that ends up being a pretty big deal.
2. Bubastis seems to be kinda ... there, with no explanation.
Otherwise, I'm not sure what else they could have changed without making things too Hollywood. Yes, it takes a while to get going, but it's in perfect keeping with the story. The actors were great, and Rorshach was spot-on.
Then again, after the rabid nerd wailing and gnashing of teeth, I was expecting it to be a lot worse, and so was pleasantly surprised. Maybe the moviegoing audience still isn't ready for that kind of story.
