Well, three finals down, one to go. Biology went well enough to get an A in the class, I think. Literature is the same. Chemistry I was really worked up about because I thought I did really badly on the finals. Turned out I got a 75 and then he curved it 22 points so I got a 97. Got a B on the take-home test though!!! Idiotic. Oh well. Now all I have is my Physics test, but basically I haven’t gone to class or read the book in like two weeks, so this will be fun as hell. Also I’m just really tired of school in general. Hope it goes away.
Not really a lot else has been going on. I’m trying to study but this stuff is about mirrors and is -exceptionally- boring. So I’m sitting here, eating pickles and hoping this test is hella easy. I’m also doing a little writing. I got an email from my Chemistry professor from last semester saying he wanted me to be an assistant for the lab on Mondays, and I think I’m going to take him up on the offer. It should be interesting, even if it looks to be a crazy semester. I’m going to eat with my friends tomorrow before I leave to go home, and then I’m going to go with Mom to buy a digital camera for myself for Christmas.
Hm. Next semester I’m hoping I can try to be a little more social and outgoing, I’ve been a little depressed and isolated for this one, so I think it’ll be good for me to get away and then come back. ^_^ I’m getting a private room next semester and I did a lot of rearranging Friday night, so it should be pretty nice to be able to settle in without a roommate. It was 450 dollars extra, but my grandmother said she’d foot the bill once she gets her inheritance money. Also finally decided the major change was a good idea. I’m going to major in Chemistry and minor in both Math and English with a writing emphasis. I’m not sure exactly what I want to do but I’m pretty sure I can figure it out in the next four years, so I’m feeling pretty good about this decision. My brother doesn’t like the idea, but whatever. He was too lazy to do anything productive with his degree, so meh, I don’t really see why he cares.
I’ve been a little wired the last few days. Friday night I stayed up until like 8:00 AM which might be the longest I’ve stayed up ever. I was cleaning until about 3:30 and piddled the rest of the time. My sleeping patterns recovered since I couldn’t really sleep in the day either, but that’s inconsequential. I’m just ready to go home!!! HOME!!!
Anyway, homework calls.

And there's a memory of a window, looking through I see you.
Searching for something I could never give you.
There's someone who understands you more than I do.
A sadness I can't erase, all alone on your face.
