Sorry, but I don't think so. Doctors 4-7 are all too old. Yes, even Peter Davison. "Time Crash" provides a convenient explanation for why he looks older, but they only get away with it there because Davison still looks more-or-less recognizable as the Fifth Doctor, and because the explanation only has to hold up well enough for a seven-minute comedy skit, and even then I think it just barely succeeds.

McGann is more of a possibility -- you don't have to worry about the aging problem there -- but his presence would tend to turn it into a Time War story, which seems like the wrong choice for the 50th. Eccleston is theoretically possible, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Tennant, now, that's different. He's One of Us, a true fan, and I'm sure he would come back in a heartbeat if they asked him. I have no idea whether they will. (It'd be fun to bring him back _as Handy_, just so you could call it "The One-and-a-Half Doctors", wouldn't it?)

I have mixed feelings about the whole multi-Doctor thing. It's been done before, but frankly only one of those stories is actually any good (I love "The Five Doctors" to pieces, we all do, but it's honestly not very _good_ as a story, is it?), and all of them are excessively fan-geeky. I'd rather have a really good story than a bad multi-Doctor special.
