Nu Who Meta: the Doctor's post-Doomsday grief
Reportedly, one of RTD's initial ideas if the Ninth Doctor had stayed for Doomsday was that he would regenerate out of grief for his lost companion. What are your thoughts on this? Narrative-wise, how would this have compared to the season-long grief that the Tenth Doctor showed over the loss of Rose?
